A：2021蒸蒸日上迎新跑將設(shè)置4圈21.6公里競速跑和1圈5.4公里歡樂跑項(xiàng)目。因疫情防控考慮，2021年賽事將暫時取消破2精英組和親子跑。所有組別的參賽選手年齡須滿18周歲（2002年12月31日前出生）。
Q：什么時候開放報(bào)名？
A：1、“六星跑者”直通報(bào)名時間：2020年11月20日20:00 - 11月22日22:00
2、競速跑、歡樂跑報(bào)名時間：2020年11月23日10:00 - 11月30日22:00
各組別項(xiàng)目先報(bào)先得，項(xiàng)目額滿即止。
Q：針對疫情防控，會有哪些報(bào)名和參賽要求？
A：2021蒸蒸日上迎新跑要求選手身體健康，且滿足新冠疫情防疫要求。報(bào)名成功選手領(lǐng)取參賽物資及號碼布時，須提交本人檢測時間為12月26日(含)后的核酸檢測結(jié)果為陰性的紙質(zhì)報(bào)告，同時簽署《健康安全責(zé)任承諾書》。
本屆比賽不邀請境外選手參賽；不接受來自境外（含港臺地區(qū)）的選手參賽，但長期在大陸地區(qū)的外籍及港臺選手除外。不接受國內(nèi)疫情中高風(fēng)險地區(qū)的選手報(bào)名參賽，僅接受來自低風(fēng)險地區(qū)的選手報(bào)名。疫情風(fēng)險區(qū)域及分級以國務(wù)院疫情風(fēng)險查詢系統(tǒng)發(fā)布和更新為準(zhǔn)。
參賽選手需同時滿足以下報(bào)名條件：
1、賽前14日內(nèi)未前往過疫情中高風(fēng)險地區(qū)；
2、如果是入境人員自隔離之日起應(yīng)滿28天（集中醫(yī)學(xué)隔離14天和解除隔離后健康管理14天）；
3、賽前14日未與正在接受醫(yī)學(xué)觀察的人員共同居住、生活（開賽前疫情風(fēng)險等級根據(jù)國家防疫防控匯總信息實(shí)時更新，報(bào)名要求做動態(tài)調(diào)整）。
組委會將對所有成功報(bào)名的選手是否符合防疫要求進(jìn)行排查，還將根據(jù)疫情防控形勢，動態(tài)調(diào)整賽事安排，包括但不限于賽事舉辦時間、規(guī)模、賽程設(shè)置、報(bào)名要求、參賽要求等。選手須遵守組委會各項(xiàng)規(guī)定，服從配合組委會疫情防控工作安排。若開賽前參賽選手所處地區(qū)新冠肺炎疫情風(fēng)險等級由低風(fēng)險上升為中、高風(fēng)險，組委會將取消其參賽資格并予以退還報(bào)名費(fèi)用，但不承擔(dān)因此而產(chǎn)生的任何其他責(zé)任。

Q：報(bào)名時為何會出現(xiàn)排隊(duì)等待頁面？
A：為了緩解報(bào)名系統(tǒng)服務(wù)器的瞬時壓力，當(dāng)同時進(jìn)入報(bào)名通道的人數(shù)達(dá)到一定數(shù)量后，系統(tǒng)將自動開啟排隊(duì)系統(tǒng)，請耐心等候，不要重新刷新頁面，否則將重新排隊(duì)。
Q：本次比賽有團(tuán)隊(duì)報(bào)名通道嗎？
A：本次比賽采用個人在線報(bào)名方式，不設(shè)團(tuán)隊(duì)報(bào)名通道。
Q：報(bào)名費(fèi)如何支付？
A：報(bào)名支持支付寶和微信支付。
Q：如完成報(bào)名后，因故放棄參賽，報(bào)名費(fèi)能退還嗎？

Q：付費(fèi)成功后未收到確認(rèn)郵件
A：付款成功后未收到確認(rèn)郵件的原因如下：
1）您輸入的注冊郵箱有誤，無法送達(dá)；
2）報(bào)名確認(rèn)郵件和付款確認(rèn)郵件有一定的概率會被您的郵箱服務(wù)器屏蔽。
解決方案：
1）在您的垃圾郵件箱中查找確認(rèn)郵件；

A：比賽當(dāng)天不能領(lǐng)取賽事包。
Q：比賽日觀眾入場券如何購買？
A：因疫情防控要求，觀眾入場券事宜目前待定，敬請關(guān)注賽事官網(wǎng)和微信公眾號后續(xù)通知。
Q：選手需要自己買保險嗎？
A：賽事主辦方將為所有參賽選手統(tǒng)一購買保險，只有在參賽選手提交的個人信息全部真實(shí)有效的情況下才能生效。
Q：我本人無法參賽，能否將名額轉(zhuǎn)讓給其他人？
A：報(bào)名成功后如不參加比賽，參賽名額不能轉(zhuǎn)讓他人，報(bào)名費(fèi)將不予退還。
*利用虛假信息獲取參賽資格或者轉(zhuǎn)讓號碼布參賽，一經(jīng)組委會核實(shí)確認(rèn)，比賽中發(fā)生的一切后果責(zé)任自負(fù)，且組委會將對轉(zhuǎn)讓者、受讓者處以蒸蒸日上迎新跑終身禁賽。

報(bào)名費(fèi)發(fā)票開具說明：
1、發(fā)票僅提供給報(bào)名成功的選手；
2、報(bào)名費(fèi)發(fā)票一律開具紙質(zhì)普通發(fā)票；
3、發(fā)票申請將于2021年1月5日截止登記，組委會將在1月10日統(tǒng)一安排發(fā)票快遞。

2021 Run The Track FAQ
Q: How many race categories will be seen in 2021 Run The Track? What’s the age requirement?
A: According to the epidemic prevention and control requirements of Shanghai, the Elite Run and Kids Run will be temporarily canceled this year, there will be 4 Laps Run and 1 Lap Fun Run this year. 4 Laps Run and 1 Lap Fun Run participants must be at least 18 years old (born before Dec 31, 2002).
Q: When will the Run The Track race registration open?
A: 1. “Six-star Runner” registration is on an invitation basis, the registration time will start from 20:00 Nov 20 to 22:00, Nov 22.
2. 4 Laps Run and 1 Lap Run registration is on a first-come, first-serviced basis, start from 10:00 Nov 23 to 22:00 Nov 30, registration will be closed once the category is full.
Q: What requirements are needed runners’ to follow based on the epidemic prevention and control requirements?
A: All registrants’ physical health conditions should meet health and epidemic prevention requirements. All successful entrants are requested to provide a paper copy of a valid nucleic acid negative test report to collect race packet. The test should be conducted and sampled on or after 26th December, 2020.
No runners from abroad will be invited, foreign runners’ registration won’t be accepted unless who lives in mainland China for a long time, runners’ registration from the epidemic middle or high-risk areas won’t be accepted. Only registrants who are from low risk areas are qualified to register. The categorization of risk areas will be determined and updated by the General Office of the State Council, PRC.
The registration information of each registrant will be screened by the organizing committee till the registration deadline. Registrants who fail to meet the above requirement will be deemed as disqualified and withdraw from the race. The registration fee will be refunded by the organizing committee with no further liability whatsoever arising from such withdrawal.
The organizing committee will dynamically adjust the competition arrangements (including race date, capacity, schedule, entry and participation requirements etc.) according to the epidemic situation. Participants shall fully understand and agree to various rules, regulations and requirements stipulated by the organizing committee as well as the measures taken by it.
Q: How could I know whether I met the requirements and from low risk areas?

Special Reminder:
Registrants are advised to arrange their travel so as to avoid middle & high risk areas, and shall make self-checkup every day within 14 days before the race day and sign the waiver on the date of collecting the race packet. The policies on individual coming or returning to Shanghai from or through middle and high risk areas might change, in line with the adjustment of the middle and high risk areas as published on the APP of the State Council, PRC. The race information and rules related to epidemic prevention and control may be adjusted due to the changes of national or local epidemic prevention and control policies. Please pay attention to the latest notices in via the official website and social media account.
Q: Why am I in a queuing page when I was trying to register?
A: To control online traffic peaks and treat each registrant fairly, registrant might see a queuing page when the traffic reached a volume, do not get panic, just be patient for a few minutes, you’ll be directed to the registration tunnel. Do not refresh the page frequently, otherwise you might be requeued.
Q: Is there a group registration option this year?
A: No, there’ll be no group registration channel or offline group registration option for 2021 Run The Track, only accept individuals register online.
Q: How do I pay the registration fee?
A: You can pay the registration fee via Alipay or WeChat Pay.
Q: Can I get a refund if I could attend the race?
A: The registration fee can’t be refunded once the registration completed.
Q: Can I change the race category?
A: No, the registered category is not allowed to be changed.
Q: How can I update my personal information if I misinput?
A: If anything related to your registered personal information is incorrect, please request to update via email to info@runthetrack.com, you might need to provide your ID to verify.
Q: Why I didn’t receive the registration confirmation email?
A: There’re several reasons you might not be able to receive the confirmation email after payment:
(1) The email address you input during the registration is incorrect.
(2) Your email service provider blocked email domain from the race committee.
Solutions:
(1) Search your junk mailbox for the registration confirmation email, and put race committee’s email domain to the whitelist to make sure receiving future race emails:

Q: How do I choose the right race Tee size?
A: You can select the race tee size during the registration, and the race tee will be distributed to registrant based on the selection from the registration. Tee size cannot be changed on the race packet collection site. Race tee sizes for reference is as below:

Q: What’s the plan for the race packet pickup?
A: The time, location, procedure and info needed for the race packet pickup will be informed in late December.
Q: Can I pick up my race packet on the race day?
A: Sorry, race packet cannot be picked up on the race day.
Q: Can I transfer my race bib to others if I can’t participate the race?
A: No, race bib cannot transfer to others if you can’t participate the race, The registration fee can’t be refunded once the registration completed.
Using false information to obtain race bib or accept race bib from other’s transfer, once verified by the race organizing committee, you will be responsible for any consequences that may occur during the race, the race organizing committee will impose a RTT race lifetime ban on the transferor or transferee.
Q: How can I get to the SAIC International Circuit to support my family/friends?
A: Due to the epidemic prevention and control policy, the spectator ticket info is currently TBD, please pay attention to the race website or WeChat account for further notice.
Q: Can invoice be provided for the registration fee?
A: Yes, there will be paper-form invoice provided for the registration. The invoice needs to be requested online: http://rtt.red/fapiao
Notes based on the invoice request:
1. The invoice will be provided only to the runners who successfully registered;
2. Only paper form invoice will be provided;
3. The deadline for the invoice request will be Jan 5, 2021, and we will arrange the invoice delivery from Jan 10.
Q: Do I need to buy insurance for my attendance?
A: No. The race committee will buy insurances for all registered participants, the insurance will be effective only if the correct personal information is provided during the registration.
